Letting teachers teach.
Our research showed us that we had to free teachers time so they could do what mattered to them most: teach students. The main obstacle in their way was administrative workload, the sheer time it took to keep up with grading and documenting tasks.
We identified three key issues we needed to address around in order to approach the design in a targeted and efficient manner:
