The Education Ecosystem

It was apparent that education involves an ecosystem of users: the student, the teacher, and the parent. Yet, the research showed us that not all users’ goals and pain points were equally critical for SchoolLoop.

Our findings demonstrated that if we supported the teacher, we would alleviate pain points for other users as well. Thus, we chose the teachers as the primary personas.
